BIOSKETCH
Kirthee Pillay is registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as a Dietitian and holds a PhD in Human Nutrition. She worked as a Clinical Dietitian for 6 years before joining the Discipline of Dietetics and Human Nutrition at UKZN in 2004. She has over 20 years’ experience teaching in the field of Dietetics and Human Nutrition at UKZN.
