BIOSKETCH
I qualified as a dietitian 26 years ago, and worked briefly in the foodservice sector, before finding my true passion in clinical dietetics. I have had the opportunity to work as a clinical dietitian in a few hospitals in both KwaZulu-Natal and the UK. I thoroughly enjoyed assisting with the clinical training of UKZN Dietetics students whilst working as a clinical dietitian for DoH, and I joined UKZN in 2010 where I have been involved with coordinating and organising the fourth year, and supervising students in their hospital placements ever since.
