Mrs Galliers is registered with the HPCSA and has over 25 years working experience in both the clinical and foodservice settings, in both South Africa and the UK. Mrs Galliers has been employed at UKZN since 2010 where she has lectured various undergraduate modules and currently co-ordinates the fourth year of the BSc Dietetics & Human Nutrition programme.
